16 CFR 1610 for Clothing Textile to US (*CPSC and HOKLAS Accredited Item)

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has announced the criteria and process for the commission’s acceptance of accreditation of third-party conformity assessment bodies. Clothing textile designed for children 12 years of age or above are subject to third-party testing. All manufacturers, importers and retailers should ensure that their products comply with the rule before placing into the US market.
