Mr. Tom Tang is Honorary Founding Chairman of and Honorary Chairman of .  He is also Chairman of , and HK WuXi Trade Association Limited, as well as Vice Chairman of .

Mr. Tang has been a member of NanJing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since 2018 and a member of Wuxi Committee of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference since 2008.

Dr. Roy Chi Ping Chung is Co-founder of and currently serving as Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Dr. Chung holds a Doctorate Degree of Engineering from the , UK, and a Doctorate Degree of Business Administration from the . He has also been an Industrial Professor of the , UK, since 2010.

He was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) Medal and the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) Medal by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2017 and 2011 respectively. He was also appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 2005. In 1997, he received the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong and then in 2014 he was named Industrialist of the Year.

Dr. Chung is active in public and community services. He was Chairman of the from 2011 to 2013 and currently the Honorary President. He is also Founding and Honorary President of the , President of , Member of the , and Chairman of the .

Mr. Bernie Ting is the Director & General Manager of and Non-Executive Director of .

He is a member of the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform, . He is also a member of Election Committee of the Twelve, the Thirteenth, and the Fourteenth National People’s Congress from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

Mr. Ting’s public duties in Hong Kong include serving as Honorary President of under the auspices of the Federations of Hong Kong Industries, Honorary Advisor of the , General Committee Member of the , Member of the under the , and Chairman of .

Mr. Jeffrey Lam is a non-official member of the and a member of the of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  He is also a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Mr. Lam has over 30 years of experience in the toy industry and is currently Managing Director of .

Mr. Lam is active in public service. He is Chairman of ,  Chairman, Complaints Committee of the , a General Committee Member of the , and an Honorary Member of the Court of , and a Director of the .

Mr. Lam received the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong in 1989. He was appointed as a Justice of the Peace in 1996 and became a member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire the same year.  In 1999, he received the Outstanding Achievement Award – Hong Kong Toy Industry. He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star in 2004 and the Gold Bauhinia Star in 2011. He was also awarded the Grand Bauhinia Medal in 2023.

Dr. Yip Kit Chuen, founder of the GEW Corporation Limited and Chairman of GEW Holdings Limited and Shanghai GMP Electrical Appliances Company Limited, is a prominent industrialist and entrepreneur. In 1994, Dr. Yip created the brands "Welhome" & “WPM” for household appliances in Mainland China. He is a pioneer in the area of electrical household appliances.

Over the years, Dr. Yip has assumed many public roles, including that of member of the National People’s Congress Hong Kong Election Committee, HKSAR Chief Executive Election Committee, Chairman of the Mainland Affairs Committee of the , Honorary President of the Hong Kong Electrical Appliances Manufacturers Association and Director of the .

Dr. Yip has been honored with the World Outstanding Chinese Award, an Honorary Doctorate of Management from Armstrong University in the United States, the Medal of Model Compatriot of Zhejiang Province, and honorary citizenship of Ningbo and Dongguan.

Mr. Iain Ferguson Bruce, joined in Hong Kong in 1964, became a partner in 1971 and retired in 1996. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at KPMG Asia Pacific from 1993 to 1997.
