Lighting equipment is essential for our daily living.  As the market and technology evolve, the usage and demand for smart lighting have skyrocketed.  To protect the safety of end users, there are various requirements and guidelines issued by different countries for manufacturers and retailers to follow, such as the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) in China, Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC Directive) in Europe and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rules and Regulation in the United States.
